Talent Acquisition Specialist – Concentrix Indonesia We are looking for an energetic Sales Specialist to drive BPO mass hiring and deliver exceptional candidate experience. The role is based in Yogyakarta and requires strong customer service skills, a passion for sales targets, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails from prospects seeking information about Concentrix products and services.

Close sales from incoming leads and convert prospects into customers.

Use empathy and problem‑solving techniques to dispel doubts and handle objections.

Provide detailed, convincing, and relevant information to encourage purchase decisions.

Accurately record and monitor all interactions and sales statuses in the CRM system.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or a blended role involving sales targets.

Highly motivated by sales targets with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

Excellent verbal communication skills in Indonesian with a professional and courteous tone.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and remain motivated despite rejections.

Minimum D3/S1 preferred.
