HRBP | Talent Acquisition | Employer Branding | Project Management
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Timephoria, you will play a key role in building a high‑performing team that reflects our brand’s modern, bold, and innovative spirit. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, Social Media, and supporting functions, ensuring we hire top talent who fit our culture and accelerate our massive growth.
Responsibilities
1. End‑to‑End Recruitment
Manage full‑cycle hiring: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, onboarding.
Build strong pipelines for Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, Social Media.
Conduct CV screening and structured interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
Ensure hiring quality, speed, and alignment with Timephoria standards.
2. Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, and proactive outreach.
Perform market mapping for beauty, FMCG, and lifestyle industries.
Maintain a database of high‑potential talent for current/future roles.
3. Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and role expectations.
Provide regular hiring updates, insights, and recommendations.
Support hiring managers in interview and selection best practices.
4. Employer Branding Support
Collaborate with HRBP & Marketing on EB content and activation.
5. Recruitment Process Optimization
Maintain efficient, structured recruitment processes aligned with SOPs.
Recommend improvements to tools, channels, and workflows.
Requirements
Must‑Haves
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
1–3 years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in beauty, FMCG, startup, or creative industries.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
Experience handling multiple roles simultaneously with fast turnaround times.
Strong communication skills, ability to assess candidates objectively.
Structured, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice‑to‑Haves
Experience hiring for Marketing, KOL, or Product Development roles.
Understanding of the beauty & skincare industry trends and talent landscape.
Ability to create basic recruitment content for EB (job posts, videos, IG stories).
