About the Role
We are seeking a Knowledge Analyst I with a strong interest in luxury fashion and authentication. In this role, you'll support Entrupy's authentication and training workflows by organizing product knowledge, contributing to structured datasets, and building a foundation in authentication best practices.
This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury goods, visual analysis, and knowledge operations, with clear opportunities for growth as you develop expertise and take on increasing responsibility.

What you'll do:
Support the maintenance and expansion of Entrupy's knowledge systems by organizing product information, tagging visual datasets, and updating reference materials.
Assist in creating and maintaining documentation that supports authentication workflows, including product guides and reference materials.
Conduct research on luxury brands, collections, materials, and construction techniques to support accurate authentication.
Monitor fashion trends, new product releases, and market changes to help keep knowledge assets current.
Contribute to training and onboarding materials used by the authentication team.
Perform quality checks on existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Collaborate with senior Knowledge Analysts and cross-functional partners, learning how knowledge supports product and engineering workflows.
Gradually take ownership of defined tasks and smaller projects as skills and confidence grow
What you bring:
0–2 years of experience in fashion, luxury retail, authentication, research, merchandising, or a related field.
Strong interest in luxury fashion, handbags, and craftsmanship, with a desire to build authentication expertise.
Formal authentication experience is a strong plus, but not required.
Excellent attention to detail and a natural curiosity about how products are made and identified.
Clear written communication skills and the ability to organize information thoughtfully.
Comfort working with images, structured documents, and basic data tools (such as spreadsheets).
Openness to feedback, a growth mindset, and a strong sense of accountability.
Passion for learning, quality, and upholding standards of authenticity in the fashion industry
