Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive IT Support professional to ensure the smooth operation of daily IT infrastructure, including operating systems (Mac OS and Windows), end-user devices, antivirus, and commonly used business applications. This role will act as the internal subject-matter expert for workplace technology, support employees’ technical needs, manage IT documentation and procurement administration, and contribute to continuous improvement of IT systems, efficiency, and security within the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain end-user devices, operating systems, and office IT equipment to ensure business continuity.
Provide day-to-day technical support for operating systems and business applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues in a timely manner.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and asset management.
Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset inventory, and procurement records.
Assist in system upgrades, technology evaluation, and continuous IT service improvement.
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Mac OS and Windows operating systems, end-user devices, and current workplace technologies.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 and commonly used business applications.
Solid understanding of printer sharing, network scanners, and office network troubleshooting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
Well-organized with strong documentation and administrative capabilities.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
