Showroom Sales Specialist

As a Sales Showroom, you will be the frontliner of our brand, responsible for delivering excellent customer experience, providing product knowledge, and driving sales performance in the showroom. You will play a key role in assisting customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers professionally in the showroom

Provide clear explanations about products, features, and benefits

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

Maintain showroom appearance, product display, and stock readiness

Handle inquiries, quotations, and basic administrative sales processes

Coordinate with internal teams (sales admin & support, warehouse, etc.)

Qualifications:

Minimum education: SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree (any major)

Minimum

1–2 years of experience

in Sales Retail / Showroom (building materials, furniture, home appliances is a plus)

Customer-oriented, proactive, and target-driven

Well-groomed and presentable

Willing to work on shift (Tue - Sat). Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD
