Role Description

The Client Relation Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in South Jakarta. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, responding promptly to inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions, managing client communication through various platforms, and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. As a representative of Viction.id, you will be instrumental in fostering positive and long-lasting relationships with our growing community.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients

Experience in customer service, relationship management, or a client-facing role

Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to address client concerns efficiently

Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple client accounts

Passion for education and an understanding of the trading industry is a plus
