Strategy Consultant

As a Strategy Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of solving real-world business challenges. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and business leaders to identify opportunities, test ideas quickly, and help bring digital or AI-enabled solutions to life. This role is dynamic and requires flexibility to handle evolving scopes, as well as a passion for continuous learning particularly in technology, product thinking, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead your own workstreams from problem diagnosis to recommendation and implementation

Conduct on-the-ground research, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven analysis

Develop business cases and clear, actionable recommendations

Design simple, modular solutions not just decks that link insight to execution

Facilitate client workshops and co-creation sessions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, ops) to prototype and scale solutions

Contribute to the companys growth and internal development

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field

2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, product management, digital transformation, or tech-related projects

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly

Excellent communication and presentation skills
