Tech Lead

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and career development support. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and company requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering goals with business objectives. Manage engineering projects, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and timeline tracking. Establish and enforce best practices for soware development, infrastructure, and system architecture. Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and technologies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance the company’s capabilities. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for escalated issues. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT and telecommunications engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop engineering talent. Hands-on experience with telecommunications networks, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure. Proficiency in soware development, networking, and system architecture. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in technology and telecommunications. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments. Preferred Skills

Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking protocols. Other Information
