People & Culture Manager
Assistant People & Culture Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead the People & Culture (HR) function with a focus on people development and engagement
Drive recruitment, training, and talent management strategies
Ensure compliance with HR standards while promoting a culture of care and inclusivity
Partner with department leaders to support business goals through people initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
A people-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and influence
Commitment to creating an engaging and supportive work environment.
