Responsibilities Actively lead key and complex projects as Project Manager during Design and Construction Management phases on a weekly or daily basis (civil and process focused). Provide the key link between project delivery and the client’s organization, coordinating stakeholder input, producing options appraisals, preparing project briefs and business cases, and obtaining approvals. Procure and manage consultant and contractor teams during project development and delivery. Manage and coach the project team and serve as client liaison. Act as escalation level / remote Project Director for selected projects with a dedicated PM on a weekly/monthly basis. Contribute to a positive execution result of projects within the AG. Ensure staff CVs are kept up to date and encourage staff to actively 'win' work through their reputation internally and externally. Proactively contribute to the preparation and review of proposals prepared by the AG in accordance with the valid Power of Attorney and actual authorization matrix. Look ahead to spot potential opportunities and trends that may influence success for our clients and RHDHV. Prepare proposals for new projects, manage the internal budget, and involve in the procurement project process.

Qualifications

At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical), Architecture or equivalent.

No less than 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in a data centre environment.

Demonstrated excellent project leadership skills on relatively complex projects.

Experience working within a large multinational organisation.

Knowledge of the construction sequence.

Awareness of industry procedures and best practice.

Excellent managerial, commercial and technical track record.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good working knowledge of all main project management concepts, tools and techniques.

Leadership, planning and organisational skills.

MS Project skills for monitoring and managing project schedule.

Knowledge and experience in contracting and procurement under FIDIC (red and yellow book) preferred.

Experience managing site activities.

Willingness to travel to project sites across Indonesia or abroad.
