Ecommerce Operation Lead

What you will do: Define and implement operational strategies for e-commerce growth. Lead and manage teams across inventory, fulfillment, and outbound logistics. Ensure accurate inventory control and efficient stock management. Oversee inbound and outbound operations, including 3PL coordination. Optimize fulfillment processes to meet service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor operational metrics to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with supply chain, commercial, marketing, and customer service teams. Manage vendor and third-party logistics relationships. Control operational budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.

What you will need: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Expertise in inventory, fulfillment, and logistics operations. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of 3PL, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
