Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General in Tobacco or FMCG
Job Responsibility
Direct and ensure operational sales, distribution, and promotion (months, semesters, years) to optimize sales and product alignment (existing products and new products) according to the company's objectives.
Analyze and make decisions regarding the availability of goods, physical goods, and warehouse stock in Depo in accordance with the company's provisions.
Plan, analyze and evaluate team activities regarding collection of accounts receivable that will be due and already due so that payment made by cash or giro can be deposited to Sales Admin and work with Finance HO department in the customer receivables collection process.
Review daily reports and recap on asset management, including identification of needs, maintenance, and facilities to ensure all properties and assets are maintained properly, effectively, and efficiently.
Analyze the use of credit across distribution channels, especially wholesalers, and collecting overdue trade receivables and cooperating with the Credit Control Department in the process of collecting customer receivables.
Make Depo's work plan yearly.
Supervise and ensure the course of all activities at the Depo in accordance with applicable procedures.
