Store Manager

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end store operations to deliver a premium flagship experience aligned with brand standards. Ensure strong visual merchandising execution, including planogram accuracy, display layouts, and aesthetic consistency across the store. Maintain high brand aesthetics, ambiance, and overall store atmosphere to create a visually inspiring and immersive flagship environment. Drive sales performance by monitoring daily KPIs (sales, ATV, UPT, conversion) and executing action plans to achieve targets. Coach, develop, and manage store teams to deliver a 5-star customer experience and uphold flagship service standards. Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and expiry control to ensure high product availability. Execute in-store campaigns, mini events, and product activations to enhance consumer engagement. Handle customer escalations, ensure timely resolution, and protect premium service quality. Coordinate closely with Retail, Marketing, and VM teams to maintain flagship-level execution across operations, visuals, and experience design. Ensure daily operational discipline, including reporting, cleanliness standards, routine checks, and staff readiness.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major. 2–3 years of experience in store or retail management. Strong leadership skills in coaching and managing teams. Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets. Solid knowledge of stock management and visual merchandising. Ability to analyze store metrics (sales, ATV, UPT, conversion, NPS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail in store standards and customer experience. Strong interest in beauty, trends, and product knowledge (beauty enthusiast).
