Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Gen AI Engineer to design and productionise enterprise AI agents within a secure AWS cloud environment. The primary initiative is the development of an Order Entry Agent that automates purchase order ingestion, validation, escalation and SAP submission. This role combines AI systems architecture, AWS infrastructure engineering, and enterprise security governance.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Architecture Design and implement agentic AI systems for structured document ingestion and workflow automation Integrate LLM reasoning with deterministic validation layers Implement embeddings, contextual reasoning and dynamic prompt routing Deploy production-grade orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI or similar

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Define infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or AWS CDK Deploy and manage Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, Step Functions, S3, RDS, DynamoDB Automate sandbox, staging and production environments Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, CDK, Terraform) Implement rollback, promotion and incident management procedures

Security & Governance Enforce secure-by-default AWS architecture (IAM, VPC, network segmentation, audit logging) Implement guardrails to prevent sensitive data leakage Integrate Microsoft Entra ID for SSO and conditional access Ensure compliance tagging, monitoring and auditability

Platform Integration Develop secure connectors to SAP and internal enterprise systems Build an internal Connector Marketplace abstraction layer Enable agent-driven provisioning without direct AWS user access

Required Experience Strong hands-on experience productionising LLM or AI agent systems Deep AWS expertise, particularly Bedrock Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or AWS CDK) Strong understanding of IAM, network security and governance frameworks Experience operating AI systems in production environments Strong collaboration skills with business and governance stakeholders

Nice to Have Knowledge graphs or semantic layers Enterprise-scale data architecture experience Experience integrating SAP or complex ERP systems
