Identify and evaluate small-scale tapioca factory acquisition opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives. Conduct in-depth due diligence to assess financial viability, operational capabilities, and ROI potential. Lead negotiations to secure favorable acquisition deals. Develop a framework for acquisition evaluation and ensure seamless integration of acquired facilities. Collaborate with plant managers to gain insights into the operations and industry nuances. Support the company's target to acquire at least two factories annually and explore new opportunities for business growth. Contribute to establishing a robust investment approach for the organization's expansion efforts. Qualifications

Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions or similar roles, with strong skills in evaluating and closing deals. Excellent analytical and financial assessment capabilities, particularly in manufacturing or agricultural industries. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel frequently between locations
