Managing product supply planning for sales requirement by considering monthly sales forecast, daily inventory on hand target & production capacity & schedule Aligning frequently with sales & production team for sales fulfillment, production output & product expiry monitoring Ensuring the production output aligns with the finalized supply planning Managing delivery and inventory for two distribution center with the highest selling network in the company. Leading daily logistics operational team. Ensure maximum capacity in distribution with minimum cost, delivered safely and on time to customer. Intense communication with 3PL to solve problems in inventory or distribution problems. Maintain and monitor stock available and then plan for stock replenishment. Monitor and keep track of Proof of Delivery documents. Report delivery cost ratio and occupancyratedaily Requirements

Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planner, Supply Chain, or Logistic Supervisor from FMCG company. Have a Knowledge in cold storage and cold truck delivery is a plus. Confident in negotiation and straightforward in communicating.
