We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to support our growth in Bali. Qualifications Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality At least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role at a 5-star hotel Skilled in maintaining MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) equipment in guest rooms Proficient in room cleaning techniques and sanitation methods that meet 5-star hotel hygiene standards Knowledgeable about laundry operations (in-house/outsourced, including linen counting and rotation Proficient in using housekeeping machines such as industrial vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, carpet extractors, etc Understands types of cleaning chemicals, their functions, and safe handling procedures (chemical handling & safety data sheets) Capable of supervising, coaching, empowering, and coordinating team members Able to resolve guest complaints and analyze the cause of recurring complaints Possesses skills in managing tasks and work plans based on operational needs, especially for team members, including linen counting and rotation

Benefits Basic Salary (nett of tax) BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan THR Service Charge Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT) Free Parking (1 motorcycle or 1 car) Annual Leave, replace day payment (for working on a holiday), and Extra Off (if working long shifts) 1 Meal per shift
