About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Program Manager
to lead a large-scale
Treasury Implementation for a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) in Indonesia . This is a high-visibility role requiring end-to-end ownership of a complex, multi-year banking technology program involving FIS and multiple third-party vendors.
The role demands strong leadership, executive presence, and the ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams while engaging effectively with C-level stakeholders, both on the client side and within FIS.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Delivery
Lead and manage a large, complex Treasury implementation program across multiple workstreams and vendors
Own the end-to-end program lifecycle, including scope, budget, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes
Formulate, own, and execute the overall delivery strategy
Ensure successful coordination across FIS Client Services, Professional Services, Development, and Sales teams
Governance & Stakeholder Management
Establish and lead program governance forums, including Steering Committees and Operational Committees
Act as the primary escalation point for high-impact program risks and issues
Maintain effective communication with senior client stakeholders up to C-suite level
Provide clear, concise executive reporting on progress, risks, and financial performance
Team & Vendor Management
Lead, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers and senior delivery staff
Manage large, distributed, and virtual teams across FIS and third-party vendors
Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders
Financial & Performance Management
Manage and control large-scale program budgets
Monitor and report on program performance, KPIs, and delivery metrics
Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and contractual commitments
Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory
Native or fluent Bahasa Indonesia with the right to work in Indonesia
Substantial experience as a Program Manager or Program Director in the Indonesian Banking industry
Proven experience delivering large-scale Treasury, Cash Management, or Liquidity-related implementations
Strong background in Banking Technology / FinTech programs
Demonstrated experience managing multi-year, multi-vendor, multi-system programs
Proven ability to engage and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders
Full ownership of scope, budget, delivery, risk, and vendor management
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies
Experience managing large budgets and complex financial controls
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of program performance measurement and reporting
Proficiency with MS Office and program management tools (e.g., MS Project)
Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills
