About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy

AIT Associate

to support property surveys, auditing, and visual documentation for properties partnering with Rukita. This role involves field work, photography, and preparing accurate reports to ensure transparent property information for our customers.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Civil Engineering is a plus). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience or interest in

property/building photography

is a plus. Tech-savvy and comfortable using

Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Google Sheets, Docs, etc.) . Basic photography skills using

DSLR or mirrorless cameras

(composition and documentation). Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong time management. Able to work on-site with

high mobility

and collaborate across teams. Strong administrative and problem-solving skills. Able to follow company guidelines and SOP.

Responsibilities Conduct

property surveys and asset/facility audits

for potential Rukita partner properties. Capture

high-quality photos

for documentation and presentation purposes. Prepare

detailed reports

on property assets and facilities and upload them to the backend system. Coordinate with the

Business Development team and stakeholders

to ensure timely reporting and project completion.

Additional Photography portfolio is a plus. Willing to work

on-site with flexible working hours

depending on field needs.
