Business Process Manager - Offline Acquirer About the Role As a

Business Process Manager , you will play a key role in building scalable, efficient, and well‑governed operational processes across the organization. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, document, and continuously improve end‑to‑end workflows that support business growth, compliance, and customer experience.

This role requires a strong balance between structured thinking and practical execution. You will act as a thought partner to business owners, translating operational challenges into clear processes, measurable KPIs, and sustainable solutions in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.

What You’ll Do

Design, document, and maintain end‑to‑end operational processes, including workflows, SOPs, controls, and governance.

Translate strategy into clear, executable operating processes.

Adapt processes to fit local operational, regulatory, and organizational contexts based on HQ‑defined standards and industry best practices.

Lead end‑to‑end process implementation, including stakeholder alignment, change management, training, and go‑live support.

Partner with Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to embed processes into systems and daily operations.

Define and track process KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.

Monitor execution to identify gaps, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and compliance issues.

Conduct root‑cause analysis and translate findings into improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

6–10+ years of experience in operations, process excellence, or operational transformation roles.

Proven experience designing and implementing processes in complex or scaled organizations.

Experience working with global or HQ‑defined standards and adapting them for local execution.

Exposure to regulated or structured environments (e.g., FSI, payments, manufacturing, shared services) preferred.

Ability to work effectively across Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams; influence without formal authority.

Comfortable defining and using KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to guide decisions.

Strong attention to maintaining process standards, SOPs, and controls.

Strong understanding of operational workflows, controls, risk considerations, and trade‑offs between efficiency and stability.

Hands‑on experience in process mapping, documentation, and redesign using Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or similar methodologies.
