Responsibilities
Overall Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the companyโs goals.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Budget Management: Manage the operational budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
Supply Chain and Retail Management: Oversee the supply chain and retail operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in FMCG industry.
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. A Masterโs degree is a plus.
Strong understanding of supply chain & retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in process improvement methodologies.
Fluent in English, and Chinese (is a plus)
Willing to be placed in the new area: Padang
