Service Engineer

PT Sciencewerke is looking for potential and competent talents as Service Engineers.

Responsibilities

Perform after-sales support, including installation, certification, maintenance and repair of equipment.

Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Plan and implement equipment maintenance programs and manage equipment performance and service records.

Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and be able to utilize electronics knowledge and use standard test equipment.

Consult with manufacturer engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems with system operations and maintenance.

Respond to client requests for emergency service, determine the cause and take corrective action.

Qualifications

D3/S1 education in Electrical/Electromedical Engineering or equivalent, preferably PTN/Politeknik Negeri graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00

Preferably having 2 years field service experience in the field of lab science or clinical diagnostics but for fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Accustomed to working and communicating with a team and prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Able to speak active English. Reading and speaking intermediate level or above.

Experience in a similar position in the biomedical or laboratory equipment industry preferred.

Have good troubleshooting analysis skills.

Have your own vehicle.

Willing to go on business trips outside the city or country.

Willing to take part in the interview stage in main office of PT. Sciencewerke, at Palmerah, West Jakarta.
