Analyst – Cost & Performance (Road Transport)

Position : Analyst – Cost & Performance (Road Transport) Location : Jakarta

Responsibilities

: Annual planning and budgeting, including Latest Estimates. Cost variance analysis. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives — identification, analysis, and documentation. Conducting road transport–related project analysis. Identifying and closing cost-related gaps. Preparing reports and presentation materials. Monthly accrual process. Billing and settlement activities. Administrative tasks for all project portfolios, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Documentation and filing of hard-copy documents. Organizing internal and stakeholder meetings. Participation in meetings related to assigned tasks. Qualifications: Min. Associate Degree (D3) from any major. Proven understanding of accruals, billing, and settlement processes. Familiarity with GSAP, as well as proficiency in Excel (charts and graphs) and PowerPoint is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail. Ability to deliver quick turnaround results and work effectively under tight deadlines. Demonstrated ownership, independence, and initiative with a creative mindset. Comfortable challenging existing processes and proposing improvements. Effective communicator with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Collaborative team player committed to achieving collective goals..
