Corporate Barista Manager Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Barista Supervisor or Barista Manager in a café, restaurant, or hotel environment.

Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operation, and beverage presentation.

Excellent leadership and team management skills with a hands‑on approach.

Passionate about coffee quality, customer service, and creating a welcoming café atmosphere.

Capable of managing inventory, stock control, and daily cash operations.

Skilled in training and motivating barista staff to maintain consistency and service excellence.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Good command of English, both spoken and written.
