About the role Solio Solutions is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our team in Bali. As Senior Sales, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and establishing long‑term relationships with key clients. This full‑time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our thriving organisation.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and maximise revenue growth

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through excellent account management (Travel Agent)

Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities aligned with the company’s objectives

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to key decision‑makers

Collaborating cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Analysing sales data and providing detailed reports to inform strategic decision‑making

Mentoring and supporting more junior sales team members to drive their professional development

What we’re looking for

Proven track record of success in new business development and sales, preferably within the

Sales

industry

Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients

Excellent negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends

Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Can work in a fast pace
