Responsibilities: Developed cash collection forecasts and tracked overdue accounts to minimize bad debt exposure. Supported cost optimization initiatives and provided financial analysis for route-to-market strategies (e.g., Parahub, multi-warehouse expansion). Monitored financial operations via dashboard reporting, ensured SOP compliance, and identified fraud risks while supporting audit processes. Conducted sales performance analysis covering revenue, margins, and promotional activities. Managed pricing and credit control processes to safeguard profitability. Assessed risks for event-based sales and third-party payment arrangements. Analyzed and controlled inventory performance (aging, turnover, stock accuracy, shrinkage) to optimize working capital.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus) 3-5 years of experience in finance role Strong analytical thinking skills in operationall finance Understanding of distribution, sales, and inventory processes Have knowledge of internal audist and risk awareness Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a cross-functional business partner Strong leadership skills Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
