is currently seeking an experienced

Chief Engineer

to lead all engineering, maintenance, and technical operations, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure safety, compliance, and sustainability standards

Manage engineering budget and vendors

Lead renovation and improvement projects

Supervise and develop the engineering team

Requirements

Min. 3 years experience in a similar role (5+ hotel/resort preferred)

Strong maintenance, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Experience in renovation/project management is a plus

Hospitality & Tourism 11-50 employees
