Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist, located in west Jakarta, Indonesia. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing the e-commerce operations, including online product listings, optimizing the online store, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing data to improve performance, managing customer relations, monitoring inventory levels, and creating marketing plans to drive sales. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to evaluate e-commerce performance and make data-driven decisions

Experience in customer service and communication skills for managing client interactions effectively

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and sales strategies to drive online business growth

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
