Overview

We are a Holding Company in the process of establishing a new subsidiary within the Property Business. We are seeking a Project Superintendent who will take full ownership of the end-to-end setup, coordination and operational execution during the establishment and early operational phase. This role serves as the primary point of coordination across functions with a strong emphasis on finance and accounting oversight, while also managing administration, project coordination, regulatory follow-up, and cross-stakeholder execution. The Project Superintendent will work closely with Management and act as a key driver to ensure readiness, compliance and operational continuity. This position is based in South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end coordination of company setup and property-related projects from planning through execution. Act as the primary liaison between Management, internal functions, consultants, contractors, vendors and external stakeholders. Manage and consolidate finance and accounting-related matters, including budgeting, cost monitoring, basic financial tracking, invoice coordination and support to external accountants or auditors. Prepare and maintain project documentation, management reports, timelines, financial summaries and progress updates for decision-making purposes. Coordinate company establishment processes, including permits, licenses, legal documentation and regulatory requirements (as applicable). Ensure timely follow-up on approvals, action items, deliverables and cross-functional dependencies. Support general operations during the early-stage setup, ensuring processes, documentation and controls are in place. Handle ad-hoc strategic and operational assignments as directed by Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience, preferably in a Project Superintendent / Project Lead / Senior Project Coordinator role with exposure to finance and accounting functions. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, budgeting, cost control and financial coordination. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate independently in a setup or fast-growing environment. Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, proactive mindset and strong follow-through capability. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (budgeting, tracking, reporting). Good command of English, both written and verbal.
