SALES EXECUTIVE FREIGHT FORWARDER

Qualifications:

Background education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any subject.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts.

Own domestic & international customer base.

Fluent and active in English, both verbal and written, and able to present in English.

Strong networking within forwarding industries.

Capability to handle sales and marketing.

Thorough understanding of freight forwarding operations, regulations and industry best practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Good communication skills, leadership, salesmanship, motivation, target orientation, and a positive attitude.

Effective leadership and team management skills.

Maximum age: 35 years old.

Job Description (Responsibilities):

Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to acquire new clients.

Maintain existing customers and seek new customers.

Achieve target each month.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Manage sales budget, revenue, and expenses accurately.

Prepare monthly progress reports and target marketing reports.

Collaborate and communicate with other departments to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
