Key Responsibilities
Manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Syariah principles
Lead the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, calibration, and performance reviews
Provide insights and recommendations using data analytics to support reward decisions and workforce planning
Partner with Finance and Business Leaders to ensure reward strategies support organizational objectives
Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Syariah governance
Support communication and change management efforts related to rewards and performance programs
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in rewards, compensation, or performance management
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and systems
Experience working in a multinational company
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
