IT Cybersecurity Project Manager (Project Based)

Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex IT projects specific in Cybersecurity. Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans. Oversee Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies for software development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX/UI) and external vendors. Manage project risks, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (mandatory). Master’s degree in IT Project Management, Digital Business, or an MBA with an IT focus (preferred).

Certifications (Optional): PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CSM, PMI-ACP, ITIL, CISSP, or CompTIA Project+. Minimum

8 years

as an IT Project Manager, with

3–5 years

in leading complex projects.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project management best practices. Understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project). Ability to analyze data for project performance reports (KPIs, ROI). Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical discussions. Leadership in team motivation and conflict resolution. Negotiation skills for budget and project prioritization.
