About the role

PT. HENITAS ABADI' is seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager Mekanikal to join our team. As the Site Manager Mekanikal, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical engineering operations on our project sites in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will involve close collaboration with our engineering and construction teams to ensure the successful delivery of our projects. What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the mechanical engineering activities on project sites Supervise and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and resource utilisation Provide technical guidance and support to the project team Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisation What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in the mechanical engineering industry Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experiences as a Site Manager or Project Manager in the mechanical engineering industry Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of mechanical engineering projects Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and project management methodologies Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders What we offer
