SAP BASIS

About the role We are currently seeking an experienced SAP BASIS consultant to join our team at PT 360 TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA as a contract role based in Jakarta. You will be responsible for providing expert‑level support and maintenance for our clients' SAP systems and infrastructure. This is a strategic position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our clients' mission‑critical business applications.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and maintain SAP systems, including servers, databases, and middleware components

Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure high availability and optimal performance

Implement and configure SAP system landscapes, including development, testing, and production environments

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and other changes

Provide technical guidance and support to application teams and end‑users

Maintain thorough documentation and knowledge‑sharing within the team

Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational goals

What we’re looking for

Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP BASIS consultant or administrator

Strong technical expertise in SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning

Proficiency in SAP landscape management, including system copy, system refresh, and system cloning

Familiarity with SAP monitoring and reporting tools, such as SAP Solution Manager and SAP EarlyWatch Alert

Experience in 4 HANA PCE on RISE, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, CloudALM

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams

Relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA, are preferred
