Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef, with a proven track record of culinary excellence and team leadership Strong knowledge of various Indonesian, Asian and Western cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety hygiene standards Experience working in Catering is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff Ability to develop and implement new menus and creative dishes that meet customer preferences and culinary trends Proven ability to manage food costs and inventory levels while maintaining high-quality standards Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred, but not required Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills Ms Office Good Computer Skills especially in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
