FINANCE MANAGER

About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Solo Murni as a Finance Manager. In this full‑time role based in Central Java, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, reporting and analysis. You will play a key strategic role in supporting the business to achieve its objectives.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and analysing financial reports, including budgets, forecasts and monthly/quarterly financial statements

Managing the accounts payable and receivable functions

Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards

Supporting the business with financial planning and decision‑making

Providing guidance and mentorship to the finance team

Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry

Strong background in financial accounting, reporting and analysis

Excellent technical skills in areas such as budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

In‑depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards and compliance requirements

Proven track record of driving process improvements and efficiencies

Strong leadership and people management skills

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics 1,001-5,000 employees
