Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate records of spare parts/unit inventory and usage.
Review and approve service expenses, ensuring accurate entry into internal systems.
Handle office administration tasks, including file maintenance, organization, and meeting planning.
Oversee customer service activities to ensure all requirements are met and identify opportunities to optimize procedures for improved team performance.
Maintain the internal GSP system, including work order input and Customer Satisfaction Inquiry processes.
Monitor and track complex technical issues within the internal system, collaborating with internal teams to drive improvements and development.
Continuously enhance your knowledge of relevant products and services.
Collaborate with management, the sales team, and customers to support business development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of operations experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) are essential; fluency in Mandarin (verbal) is a plus.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work standards.
