Business Support Supervisor(Mandarin Speaker)

1. Compliance, Risk Management, and Government Relations: Assist the company with compliance matters in Indonesia, including company registration, licensing, and other permits, liaise with government agencies and third-party service providers, and ensure legal and compliant operations.

2. Full-Process Human Resource Management: Take full responsibility for the recruitment, compensation, performance, and employee relations management of the local team, assist in building team culture, and ensure talent supply and team stability.

3. Operational Support and Administrative Management: Coordinate business receptions, travel arrangements, and daily administrative logistics. Establish standardized document and contract management systems to improve operational efficiency.

4. Business Support and Customer Enablement: As a bilingual business partner in Chinese/Indonesian, accompany clients on site visits and negotiations, analyze local market information (business districts, rents, policies, etc.), and provide key insights and recommendations to support client decision-making.

What we're looking for

1. Fluent in Chinese, Indonesian, capable of translation and communication; preference for overseas Chinese ;

2. Graduated from a full-time regular university in Indonesia or China;

3. Possesses 1-3 years of comprehensive administrative and human resources management experience, familiar with Indonesian labor laws and policies, and proficient in operating various office software;

4. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels

6. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
