Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?

What you will do:

Support Sales/promotion project prioritization and alignment with corporate roadmap

Document and track business requirements for projects and incidents

Ensure process alignment across Sales, Promotion, Operations, Product Marketing, and Compliance

Monitor project progress and escalate risks to Lead Business Analyst

Help transform business needs into tech/ops requirements for execution.

Conduct in-depth analysis of current applications against business processes and spearhead the development of robust improvement plans.

What you will need: Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in business analysis, business operations, or process improvement.

Participated in or supported cross-functional projects (Tech, Operations, Finance, Product)

Prior exposure to financial services, or fintech is preferred (but not strictly required)

Additional Knowledge

Process Design & Enforcement: Proven ability to document, standardize, and manage changes on processes across multiple teams

Analytical Thinking: Can interpret operational data and spot inefficiencies

Cross-Functional Coordination: Strong track record working with Sales, Ops, Product, or Compliance teams to drive alignment

Problem-Solving: Comfortable handling incidents, following root cause analysis, and ensuring lessons feed back into the process.

Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM/ERP or BI dashboards is a plus

Familiar with CRM/ERP tools and experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar tools

Familiar with process mapping tools (Figjam, Flowchart, etc)

Outcome-Oriented: Measures success by business impact (conversion rates, reduced incidents), not just activity

Structured: Naturally organizes chaos into clean workflows and dashboards

Ability to translate raw data into a presentation slides/dashboard
