Job Description

Provide expert legal advice to the company\'s management on various legal issues, including contracts, intellectual property, employment, compliance, and corporate governance. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant. Contract Management

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company\'s interests. Ensure that all contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated.

Compliance and Risk Management

Develop and implement policies to ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Identify potential risks and recommend strategies for mitigation. Handle legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases in collaboration with external counsel when necessary. Represent the company in legal proceedings, ensuring effective and efficient resolution.

Corporate Governance

Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards, including board resolutions and shareholder meetings. Maintain records of all corporate documents and filings.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Law (LLB/LLM). Professional Certification [If applicable, mention any certifications like bar membership, corporate law specialization, etc] Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal managerial or advisory role. Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, employment law, and regulatory frameworks. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with legal research tools and software
