Job Description Work together with the Partnership Team to develop and improve the system for referral partner program Execute the daily operations of lead acquisition via referral partner program (including cross departments & partners coordination) Foster partner community and maintain a good working relationship with partners (give assistance on tech ecosystem preparation, identify and solve partner’s problems/needs, collect their feedback on partnership or product, organize marketing event with a partner if necessary) Provide feedback to the internal team based on interactions with partners

Requirements Bachelor’s degree (all majors are welcome) At least 2 years of working experience in community or partnership management Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking Interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial environments Ability to build relationships & collaborate with others Fast leaner and willing to learn Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia Willing to work in Jakarta
