Requirements A minimum of a high school diploma or a degree in hospitality or tourism is an advantage. At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or luxury villa. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, additional languages are an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in using reservation and scheduling software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Warm and approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service. Knowledge of local attractions, cultural sites, and activities in the area. Able to join immediately.
