HRD Restaurant

About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced HRD Restaurant to join our team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia, a leading food and hospitality company based in Jakarta. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for our restaurant operations, ensuring we attract, develop and retain the best talent to deliver exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the growth and success of our restaurant business.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.

Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives to build a high‑performing, engaged team.

Provide HR guidance and support to restaurant managers, ensuring consistent application of HR practices.

Analyse HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decision‑making.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture that aligns with the company's values.

What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the hospitality or food service industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Proficient in HR software and data analysis to drive evidence‑based decision‑making.

Proven track record in implementing successful HR initiatives that have had a positive impact on employee engagement and business performance.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
