Job Description
Lead, manage, and motivate channel sales teams across assigned regions, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners to ensure effective channel management.
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics; monitor results and implement corrective actions where needed.
Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across channels by identifying opportunities and optimizing distribution coverage.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective execution of promotions, campaigns, and in-store visibility.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure operational excellence in channel execution, including stock availability, merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in consumer electronics, IT hardware, or laptop industry
Experience managing distributors, resellers, and modern trade channels
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving channel growth
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
