Sales Engineer

Role Description This is an on-site full-time position located in South Jakarta for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting tailored energy solutions, and supporting the sales team in technical discussions. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of energy solutions. The candidate will also lead product demonstrations and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Qualifications Education Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales—preferably in electrical systems or renewable energy

Technical Skills Familiarity with electrical systems, power capacity (kWh/kW), and battery/solar applications. Ability to read, understand, and clearly explain technical specifications. Strong understanding of BESS concepts is a plus.

Sales Capabilities Skilled in identifying customer needs and proposing suitable technical solutions. Experienced in preparing quotations, commercial proposals, and product presentations. Target-driven with strong relationship-building skills.

Soft Skills Communicative, persuasive, and confident. Able to work independently or in collaborative environments. Willing to travel for site visits or client meetings.

Nice to Have Owns a personal vehicle and a valid driving license. Professional appearance and communication style. Preferably under 28 years old.
