Currently, we are looking for a

Financial Wellness Specialist (Financial Planner),

who is passionate about helping people feel confident with money and able to turn financial education into real engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams by presenting Finetiks’ Employee Financial Wellness Programs, creating engaging content, and developing initiatives that help employees stay active and motivated throughout their financial journey.

What You’ll Do

Deliver presentations and workshops on budgeting, saving, and personal finance

Conduct sales pitches to HR teams and company partners with practical financial insights

Create short videos and social media content focused on financial wellness topics

Design ongoing financial engagement programs that encourage users to stay active on the Finetiks app

Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to track engagement and improve user retention

This Role Is a Good Fit If You

Has CFP certification or a strong background in financial planning and financial literacy

Is confident presenting to both small groups and large audiences in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Can explain financial topics in a simple, clear, and empathetic way

Enjoys being on camera, creating relatable content, and engaging with communities

Is proactive, mission driven, and genuinely enjoys seeing people improve their financial lives
