Warehouse and Operations Lead

About the Role We are a fast-growing FMCG company currently strengthening our operations team. We are looking for a Warehouse & Operations Lead who can ensure efficient warehouse management, accurate inventory control, and smooth operational processes as the business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and outbound processes Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and regular cycle counts Monitor stock movement and warehouse capacity planning Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations, product distribution, production process, and audit Implement and improve warehouse SOPs and operational processes Supervise and guide warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and operational performance

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field 4–7 years of experience in warehouse or operations within FMCG / consumer goods Experience managing inventory control and warehouse operations Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment
