Factory Supervisor (Metal Engineering / Steel Structure)

Factory Supervisor (Metal Engineering / Steel Structure) Supervise and manage daily factory operations for steel structure and metal fabrication works.

Plan and monitor production schedule to ensure timely project delivery.

Coordinate workflow between cutting, drilling, welding, grinding, fitting, and assembly teams.

Ensure all fabrication works are carried out according to approved shop drawings and technical specifications.

Monitor production output and improve efficiency and productivity.

Implement quality control measures to minimize defects, rework, and material wastage.

Ensure proper usage and basic maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.

Enforce workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.

Manage workers’ attendance, discipline, and performance.

Coordinate with Project / Site Team regarding production progress and delivery schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel structure / metal engineering factory.

Able to read and interpret shop drawings.

Strong knowledge in welding, fabrication, and steel structure assembly.

Experience in supervising factory workers.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsible, hands‑on, and able to work independently.
