IT Functional Analyst Supervisor

Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business. Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Functional Analyst, System Analyst, Product Manager, or similar roles. Understanding of system flows, data dependencies, and user flows. Understanding of User Experience (UX). Proficiency in Business Process Analysis. Strong and structured documentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Description Provide first-level support solutions without the need for escalation. Execute daily operational activities as assigned. Contribute to project execution within the established scope. Identify user needs and compile business & functional requirements. Ensure the successful launch of applications or features, from the requirement gathering stage to production implementation, including providing post-go-live support. Provide daily support services with fast and accurate responses in accordance with the SLA. Prepare clear and proactive reports, progress updates, and escalations. Support the smooth running of the team's daily operations.
