Job Description
The Project Administrative Officer is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to project teams to ensure efficient operation of the project. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating project activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Maintain and organize project documentation (contracts, reports, invoices, etc.).
Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders regularly.
Prepare minutes of meetings, reports, and presentations.
Handle correspondence, internal memos, and communications with clients or vendors.
Requirements:
Education:
Only Vocational High School (SMK)/Senior High School (SMA)
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
